LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — The Pulaski County Sheriff's Office has become the second local law enforcement agency in Arkansas to implement the Peers Achieving Collaborative Treatment project in an effort to curb substance abuse among inmates.

PACT is the product of Jimmy McGill, whose experiences overcoming drug addiction and serving time behind bars led him to help others and begin the jail-centric program. READ MORE.
