Clerk is 'Taylor-made' for commission

Gov. Hutchinson appoints circuit clerk to state commission

Gov. Asa Hutchinson appointed Faulkner County Circuit Clerk Crystal Taylor to be a member of the E-recording Commission for the State of Arkansas.

“I am truly honored to receive this appointment,” Taylor said. “I am very passionate about preserving land records while implementing technology and best practices to achieve it efficiently and accurately.”

Taylor implemented e-recording of land records for Faulkner County in December 2017. Since that time, Taylor has led several projects that have created an online search of land records dating back to 1970. READ MORE.
